America is broke, it can't afford to pay an army of public servants to process visa of deadbeats americans who can't find wife in USA. The decision is in line with cutting government spending where its possible. In any case all these people going to USA to live off the social security system. There are even Ukrainians married to US citizens that are getting mnoey from US taxpayers while living it off in cheaper Kiev. This has got to stop and its happening now.
