MINSK - The Special Representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) at the Minsk talks of the Contact Group on Ukraine, Heidi Taglivini, has said that the Wednesday meeting gives a hope of having the situation in Donbas finally settled.
The Group worked constructively, thereby laying the foundation for talks and decision-making at a roundtable rather than on a battlefield, she told reporters.
