The next stage of the prisoner exchange between the Ukrainian authorities and militants could be held in the first ten days of March, says Markiyan Lubkivsky, the head of Ukraine's Security Service.
“We have a piece of information that there are still people there to be collected. We therefore expect to be able to complete yet another handover in the first ten days of March,” he told reporters on Feb. 23.
The principle of this swap is “all for all,” he added.
