‘Normandy Quartet’ leaders plan to have telephone conversation on July 23

The leaders of the 'Normandy Quartet' countries (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) are expected to hold a telephone conversation on Thursday evening, the Ukrainian president's press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko has said.

“A telephone conversation in the Normandy format will take place on July 23 evening,” he told reporters in Kyiv on July 23.
