Observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have confirmed the complete removal of MT-12 anti-tank cannons from the contact line towards Luhansk, the Ukrainian army press center said on March 4.

“OSCE observers in the Luhansk area have conducted monitoring of the ceasefire and removal of heavy weapons to a certain distance. The observers have confirmed the 100 percent withdrawal of MT-12 100-millimeter anti-tank cannons to a distance of 25 kilometers,” the spokesperson said.

The situation in the Luhansk area has not changed substantially in the past 24 hours, the spokesperson said.

“Four attacks with small-arms by the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ positions between the villages of Schastia and Vesela Hora have been registered in the past 12 hours. An AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher was fired last night at 11 p.m. Other attacks with small-arms weapons occurred this morning,” the spokesperson said.

Stanytsia Luhanska, Schastia, Krymske, Triokhizbenka and the positions along Bakhmutka road remain the most dangerous areas, the spokesperson said.
