LUHANSK - The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) members observed 67 explosions and numerous occurrences of small arms fire in the Luhansk region over the day, a representative of the OSCE press service told Interfax.

According to the press service, the OSCE SMM went on 17 patrolling missions in the Luhansk region in the reporting period (Nov. 24).

The SMM heard 67 explosions of unknown origin and observed multiple instances of small arms and heavy machinegun fire in nine locations, the representative said, adding that the violations had been recorded in areas controlled by both the LPR militants and the Ukrainian army.
