The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has assessed the situation at bridges in Stanytsia-Luhanska and Schastia, Luhansk Oblast, the OSCE SMM said on its Facebook page on July 7.
“These bridges belong to civilians. They should be returned to civilians to be used by them. The situation is tearing families apart and disrupting lives,” OSCE SMM Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said.
Many civilians are suffering from restrictions in crossing the contact line over these bridges because of fighting in and around those bridges, the mission said.
