Parliament appoints Poltorak as commander of National Guard of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, has appointed Stepan Poltorak commander of the National Guard of Ukraine.

A total of 235 deputies out of the 283 registered in the session hall voted for such a decision on Tuesday.
