MINSK - Participants in the Contact Group negotiations on the situation in Ukraine in Minsk did not discuss the issue of sending peacekeepers to Donbas, a source in the group with knowledge on the matter told Interfax.
“No, it wasn’t discussed,” the source said, responding to a question as to whether the issue of sending peacekeepers to southeastern Ukraine was addressed in the negotiations.
