You're reading: Poroshenko appoints seven heads of military-civilian administrations in districts of Donetsk, Luhansk Oblasts

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed decree No. 286/2015 which puts into force the decision of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine (NSDC) of May 26 on the appointment of the heads of military-civilian administrations.

According to the decree, seven heads of military-civilian administrations have been appointed. In Donetsk Oblast, the following people were appointed: Oleh Livanchuk in the town of Krasnohorivka, Maryinsky district, Pavlo Malykhin – in the town of Adviyivka, and Andriy Silych in the town of Vuhledar.

In Luhansk Oblast, Volodymyr Derevianko was appointed as Head of the military-civilian administration of the village of Krymske in Novoaidarsky district, Hryhoriy Pryheba – head of the military-civilian administration of the villages of Triokhizbenka, Kriakovka, Lobacheve, Lopaskyne and Orikhove-Donetske in Novoaidarsky district. Serhiy Shakun was appointed as head of the administration of the town of Novotoshkivske and the village of Zhelobok in Popasniansky district. Vitaliy Shvedov is currently head of the military-civilian administration of the villages of Troiytske and Novozvanivka in Popasniansky district.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with providing funding for the administrations. The heads of the administrations are to present suggestions on their structure and staff schedule to the Head of the Anti-Terrorist Center under the Security Service of Ukraine within a week.
