THE HAGUE - Ukraine's accession to the European Union is not on the agenda, Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said.
“We talked about reforming the country to bring it closer to European standards,” he said after talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte in The Hague on Nov. 26.
