Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that the early signing of the Open Skies Agreement between Ukraine and the EU is important.
“The early signing of the agreement on general airspace in 2015 remains the key priority of cooperation in the transport-related sphere and we have defined reporting points that will speed up this process,” Poroshenko said at a joint press conference with European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in Kyiv on April 27.
