Putin said that “a serious work on modification of military structure in the Crimea is yet to be done. We need to complete the formation of detachments of Interior and Emergency Ministries, Federal Penal Service of Russia, as well as of Federal Security Service, Investigative Committee and Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation.”

He drew special attention to the necessity of urgent carrying out of the decisions on the restoration of the Nakhimov Higher Naval Institute and the creation of Presidential Cadet Academy in Sevastopol.
