Rasmussen says NATO member states to provide 15 million euro in assistance to Ukraine (UPDATE)

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has said that NATO member countries will provide 15 million euro in assistance to Ukraine.

The Alliance will help Ukraine, about 15 million euro will be provided through NATO, and more assistance has already been announced, the secretary general said following the meeting of NATO-Ukraine Commission in Newport (Wales) on Sept. 4.
