The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on April 8 opened a criminal case against former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and judges of the Constitutional Court on abuse of office.
“Yesterday a criminal case was opened against Yanukovych and judges of the Constitutional Court under article 364 of the Criminal Code [abuse of office],” SBU spokeswoman Olena Hitlianska told Interfax-Ukraine on April 9.
