Moscow has not informed Kyiv yet about plans to send a second "humanitarian convoy" to Ukraine, Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council said.

“A note has arrived from Russia saying they are planning to send a second humanitarian convoy to Ukraine. It was tentatively agreed that the convoy would arrive to the border by rail and be handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross. No further details are available,” National Security and Defense Council Spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Aug. 30.

He said Ukraine has no information about the cargo’s whereabouts, or character. “The plan is a subject of talks for now,” Lysenko said.
