All problems with payments for tickets for the finals of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship are to be settled by May 31, 2011, Euro 2012 Tournament Director for Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky has told the Ukraine 2012 Information Center.
According to Lubkivsky, because of technical aspects and failures in the work of email, UEFA has decided it should be possible to make at least four attempts to pay for tickets. As a result, the term of payment using a card or bank transfer has been prolonged until May 25.
"UEFA is analyzing the situation. We are providing our information, and they’re monitoring how the ticket service for clients is operating. If there are failures, the term is extended to eliminate them all," he said.
In general, UEFA is satisfied with the process of ticket campaign, Lubkivsky said.
