Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov will be on a working visit to Poland on March 5-6, the department's press service reported.

“On March 5-6, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov will be on a working visit to the Republic of Poland. During the visit, the talks are scheduled under the chairmanship of Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov and Head of the National Security Bureau of Poland Stanislaw Koziej. A protocol on cooperation between the offices of the NSDC of Ukraine and the National Security Bureau of Poland is expected to be signed as the result of the talks,” the NSDC said in a statement on March 4.

During the visit, Turchynov is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense of Poland Tomasz Siemoniak, Marshal of the Senate Bogdan Borusewicz and Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski.
