The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has obtained a report about the discovery of the bodies of crew from an An-26 military transport aircraft that was shot down in Luhansk region on July 14, NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

“We have no clear information, but there is information that the
bodies of the pilots were found. However, there is the question of their
transportation, because they are in the territory controlled by
terrorists,” he said at a press briefing on Thursday, July 17, when asked to
comment on the fate of the two missing crewmembers of the An-26 downed
in the ATO area.
