Ukraine's former Finance Minister Yuriy Kolobov has been arrested in Spain, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry has said.
“We can confirm the arrest of Kolobov in Spain. The documents were received from Interpol,” a spokesperson for the ministry told Interfax.
