Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said it is necessary to maintain Western sanctions against Russia and to enlarge them if Russia does not fulfill the Minsk agreements.

“We longing for unity with the EU and the U.S. and unity inside the EU regarding toughening of the sanctions. There are no doubts that these sanctions should be extended in time when Russia refuses to fulfill the Minsk agreements,” he said during the 8th Kyiv Security Forum.
