You're reading: Ukraine pays $46.9 million on 2023 eurobonds

Ukraine has paid a $46.875 million coupon on its 2023 eurobonds, the Finance Ministry has said.

The ministry said that the ten-year bonds worth $1.25 billion were placed in April 2013 at 7.5% per annum.

The State Treasury said Hr 9.38 billion had been allocated for
government debt servicing between the start of the year and April 14,
including Hr 7.02 billion for domestic debt. The plan for the first
four months was Hr 7.02 billion.

Ukraine repaid Hr 17.3 billion in debt, including Hr 15.61 billion in domestic debt, below a targeted Hr 30.95 billion.
