Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing to pull 85mm-artillery weapons back from the contact line in the Luhansk region, the press center of the Ukrainian army operation in eastern Ukraine has reported.

“As of today, in accordance with the peace agreements, forces of the anti-terrorist operation are preparing for the withdrawal of artillery weapons with 85mm caliber from the line of contact in the Luhansk region. This process will begin tomorrow, October 10,” the press center said on its Facebook account on Oct. 9 evening.

The adversary fully observed the ceasefire in the operation area from midnight to 6 p.m. on Oct. 9, it said.
