A working meeting chaired by Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Yuriy Husev on the introduction of NATO standards in the Defense Ministry has been held in Kyiv.
The meeting participants approved two military standards of the Defense Ministry based on the NATO standards STANAG 2920 and STANAG 4926.
“The approval of said standards will make it possible to procure for the Ukrainian troops high-quality protective devices and uniform, specifically, glasses, bullet-proof vests, helmets, etc.,” the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said in a report issued on June 5.
