The Ukrainian mission to the joint coordination center for ceasefire monitoring (JCCC) in Donbas has passed the evidence proving that militants shelled Ukrainian government forces to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (OSCE SMM).

Militants fired 12 rockets using Grad multiple rocket launchers in Donetsk region on Monday, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported on Nov. 17.

The shelling was recorded by special equipment and passed to the OSCE SMM, the ministry said. “The Ukrainian mission to the JCCC is preparing relevant proposals on the possible consideration and careful investigation of this issue within the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group,” it said.
