As many as 325 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been killed and another 1,232 have been injured since the anti-terrorist operation was launched in the eastern regions of Ukraine, the spokesman for the country's National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Lysenko, said at a press briefing on Friday, July 25.
“A total of 325 servicemen have been killed and another 1,232 have
sustained injuries over the entire period of the anti-terrorist
campaign,” he said.
Thirteen Ukrainian soldiers have been killed in armed clashes in eastern Ukraine over the past 24 hours alone, he added.
