Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow have attended a charity circus show for children performed by the national circuses of the two countries.
The press service of the Ukrainian president said on March 14 that circus performers from Ukraine and Turkmenistan prepared a joint program for children from poor families, orphans and children deprived of parental care.
"The project was implemented under the patronage of the presidents of Ukraine and Turkmenistan and was aimed at further developing the cultural and humanitarian partnership and friendly relations between our peoples," reads the statement.
Berdimuhamedow is holding a state visit to Ukraine.
