Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said the German government will open credit for Ukraine worth 500 million euros.

“The German government decided to open a credit line both for energy modernization, energy efficiency and [the] restoration [of] Donbas, as well as to cheer up the Ukrainian state budget with 500 million euros,” Yatsenyuk said at a press conference with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Kyiv on May 29.
