Ukraine's representative to the European Union Kostiantyn Yeliseyev believes that relations between Ukraine and the EU are being put to the test.
"I do not agree with the statements, that today our relations are in crisis, they are rather going through the moment of truth and a test for maturity and strength," Yeliseyev said on Channel 5 on Tuesday night.
He stressed that in this situation, various emotions and ill-considered decision may damage both parties.
Yeliseyev also refused to comment on the statement of Head of the EU Delegation to Kyiv Jose Manuel Pinto Teixeira on the current state of the European integration of Ukraine.
