MINSK — A court in Belarus has set June 24 as the date for the start of a trial of Belarusian video blogger Sergei Tsikhanousky, a leading opposition figure who was arrested after expressing his willingness to challenge Alexander Lukashenko in last year’s disputed presidential election.
