Cxema
Electronic music party Cxema will shake the walls of the Dovzhenko Film Studio in Kyiv again. The lineup includes such DJs as Container, Stanislav Tolkachev, Potreba, Sasha Very, Ernestas Sadau, Jana Woodstock, Sasha Zlykh and Ponura. Check out Cxema to listen to music, see light installations by Blck Box and meet the craziest ravers.

French Spring Film Festival
The French Spring festival continues in Kyiv with a film festival featuring five French movies. The program includes a war drama “Les Gardiennes,” a comedy with psychological elements “Jalouse” and a tragicomedy “Ce Qui Nous Lie” about three siblings handling a family business. The screenings will be in French with Ukrainian subtitles.

It is the first time Kurazh Bazar focuses on the jazz theme and attempts to create the atmosphere of New Orleans. As usual, guests will find a lot of new or second-hand clothes and accessories at the fair. A food court will offer meals and drinks, and lots of jazz musicians and bands will perform on two stages.

Inversions by Philippe Bertrand and Mykolai Bilous
Philippe Bertrand is a French photographer who usually works in black and white. Mykola Bilous is a Ukrainian artist who interprets Bertrand’s works in his paintings. Bilous adds different colors in his paintings and highlights a fixed point in the photo from a range of angles. In such a way, the pictures compliment the paintings, and they can be perceived either in pairs or as separate art pieces.
