For pampered gourmets, Zdoroviy Gluzd offers dry-aged rib-eye and t-bone. For this kind of steak, the beef is hung or placed on a rack to dry for several weeks in order to saturate the meat with natural flavors and make it tender.

To accompany the meat, the restaurant offers four side dishes — roasted potatoes, grilled corn, spinach and grilled vegetables. They also have a choice of sauces — Porto, based on red wine, a spicy one made with green pepper, Indonesian sambal tomato sauce, and chimichurri sauce with parsley, garlic and oregano.
