Ukraine’s State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting has banned the import from Russia of a children’s book by Tatyana Zarubina “From a Dinosaur to Kompot. Scientists Answer 100 (and eight more) Questions about Everything,” published by the Moscow-based Pink Giraffe.

“The committee refused to issue a permit to import some publishing products, which are manufactured in Russia and contain propaganda by the aggressor state,” the committee’s press service said.

“Experts noted that certain chapters of this book were written in the spirit of Russian propaganda, it zombifies children that Russia is a superpower, while at the same time forming a disregard for other sovereign states,” the committee said.

Currently, there are 268 books in the list of books prohibited for import into Ukraine.
