The comparisons between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Germany’s Adolf Hitler are increasing. The two dictators seem detached from reality, giving way to descriptions of the Kremlin leader as “Putler.”

During an April 1 7 live talk with Russia on national television,
which is taking place among a major escalation of Russian-backed armed
separatist movements in eastern Ukraine, Putin quite referred to
southeastern Ukraine as “Novorussia” – or New Russia. He also pledged to
“protect “ the interests of Russian-speaking population over there,
which are not endanger according to all objective international and
national assessments. If he’s not going to claim the moon, then Putin
seems hell-bent on reassembling parts of the former Soviet Union under
his autocratic rule of 14 years.
