On Aug. 3 former Ukraine’s Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, who fled the country with President Viktor Yanukovych in 2014 and who lives in Russia, announced that he has started Ukraine’s Salvation Committee with several other fugitive politicians.
They criticize Ukraine’s government and say that they hope to take over after it fails.
