The Security Service of Ukraine, known as the SBU, is investigating a case against Yaroslav Kashuba, head of the State Employment Service, who was arrested on suspicision of taking a bribe on Sept. 11.
Just a week earlier, Kashuba took part in anti-corruption training in Germany.
