Businessman Serhiy Dumchev ran for mayor of Kyiv. He had one of the most expensive campaigns – some estimated that it cost over $30 million – but made it only to the top 10, winning around 4 percent of the votes.
The logo of his party, Movement for Reforms, is a rhino.
