U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden will visit Ukraine in early December. Presumably one of the subjects will be Ukraine’s abysmal progress in fighting corruption.
The government has little to show in that area since Biden warned
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk in Washington, D.C., in July
that Ukraine needs to start putting corrupt officials in jail.
