The Westfries Museum in the Netherlands looks no closer to recovering its collection of 24 paintings stolen 11 years ago.

Arthur Brand, a Dutch art crime investigator, traced them to Ukraine and
identified the Defense Ministry’s OUN Battalion as the artwork’s
holders. Negotiations with the group broke down and the Dutch went
public with their allegations.
