While Kyivans suffered from the municipal authorities’ failure to remove snow, Mayor Vitali Klitschko and his brother, boxer Wladimir Klitschko, posted a photo from a ski slope abroad. Ironically, the hills on the photo weren’t covered with snow, unlike Kyiv’s streets.
