At least four official millionaires were among the 177 members of parliament who applied to receive housing subsidies from the state in December.
The aid is compensation for lawmakers who are not registered as Kyiv
residents and have to rent a hotel room or flat. They can stay at the
parliament’s hotel for free, but few use this option.
