A group of business tycoons, including big names like steel magnate Serhiy Taruta and agricultural mogul Oleh Bahkmatyuk, announced on Feb. 1 that they are going to operate their businesses transparently, legally and pay taxes fairly.
The announcement begged the question of what kind of practices they were
engaging in before, or whether, like the hymn “Amazing Grace,” they’ve
seen the light and will repent their past sins and sin no more.
