After Ukrainian activists blocked Russian trucks at Ukraine’s Western border in Zakarpattya Oblast in early February, Russian authorities blocked Ukrainian trucks from passing through Russian territory.
It forced the Ukrainians to lift the blockade on Feb. 25.
