Recently appointed Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has been under criticism for being reluctant to fire controversial deputy prosecutors hired by his predecessor Viktor Shokin.
Responding the criticism, on May 30 Lutsenko said he asked three of his
deputies to leave voluntarily, still choosing not to fire them.
