As the long-awaited visa liberalization between the European Union and Ukraine is seemingly being postponed at least till autumn, President Petro Poroshenko keeps speaking optimistic about the issue.
But his record speaks against him: In his time as foreign minister in
2010, Poroshenko promised visa-free travel within a year.
