On June 24, Russian parliament adopted a package of laws known as the Bills of Yarova after their initiator lawmaker Iryna Yarova.

The bills, labeled by media “the harshest legislation in post-Soviet
history,” enable the authorities to revoke Russian citizenship for
working for international organizations or for failing to report certain
crimes, and to send people to jail for social media posts.
