A video was released online that shows lawmaker Vyacheslav Konstaninovsky watching pornographic images on his smartphone during a Verkhovna Rada meeting in June.
Konstantinovsky reacted by saying that he sometimes gets tired from “all the clownery taking place in the parliament.”
