Exiled Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash was arrested in the courthouse in Vienna on Feb. 21 on a warrant issued in Spain. Before that, an Austrian judge allowed Firtash’s extradition to the U.S., where he is wanted in a bribery case. In Ukraine, however, Firtash isn’t wanted.
