Nearly 50 activists of a group called Free People (Vilni Liudy) rallied next to the Prosecutor General's Office to demand that a businessman and a former top official Viktor Medvedchuk was arrested for separatism.
Medvedchuk is known to be a friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin. While he doesn’t hold a public office in Ukraine now, he has participated in the Minsk peace negotiations regarding the Russian war in Ukraine’s Donbas.
