A dozen activists rallied at Russian Embassy in Kyiv on Sept. 27 to highlight the issue of people missing or even killed in the Russian-annexed Ukrainian territory of Crimea. They brought posters with the names of those missing or believed killed, and the dates when they went missing. At the end of their rally, the activists tied white ribbons to the fence in front of the embassy to draw the public’s attention to the names of the missing persons.
